Cassie Herrington

Cassie Herrington earned her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Adler Graduate School and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies, on conflict management and Human Relations, from St. Cloud State University. She uses a systemic, non-judgmental, and compassionate approach, believing that each person’s story is unique. Cassie is passionate about helping clients discover their inner strength and resilience, fostering healing in both individual and relational dynamics.

Cassie works primarily with children, teens, emerging adults, and families, especially those navigating life transitions, high anxiety, and emotional challenges. She is dedicated to creating a warm, supportive environment where clients can build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and manage anxiety with confidence. Her ultimate goal is to empower each individual to harness their existing strengths and cultivate meaningful connections, allowing them to thrive and lead a fulfilling, meaningful life.

In her free time, Cassie enjoys exploring the outdoors, traveling, playing volleyball, and spending quality time with her husband, friends, and family. She also loves nothing more than spoiling her Aussiedoodle, who happily soaks up all the attention and treats he can get.

Cassie is working under the direct supervision of Jess Pusc, LMFT, as she completes her hours toward advanced licensure.
