Linnaea Lindahl

Linnaea Lindahl earned her Master’s Degree in Counseling and Psychological Services from Saint Mary’s University. She received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Minnesota.  Linnaea’s theoretical orientation is one that incorporates humanistic, systemic, and mindfulness-based cognitive approaches and principles. Her integrative therapeutic style consists of various methods, including motivational interviewing, family systems therapy, and mindfulness-based practices. Linnaea looks forward to working with adolescents, adults, and families.

Linnaea enjoys reading science fiction, hiking, and conquering the daily crossword puzzle in her spare time.

Linnaea is working under the direct supervision of Kathleen Massmann LPCC and Board Approved LPCC Supervisor as she completes her hours toward advanced licensure.
