Jon Arndt
Jon received his Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychological Services from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota in 2023. His areas of interest include reactive attachment disorder, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, depression, and family relationships. He uses therapeutic techniques including Solution-focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Person-centered therapy. Jon primarily works with children, adolescents, and families. He hopes to create an environment where clients feel comfortable being their authentic selves as they work toward their goals.
In his free time, Jon enjoys reading one of the 900 books he owns, going on walks, spending time with family, and lifting weights.
Jon is working under the direct supervision of Lynn Leger and Kathleen Massmann (LPCC’s and Board Approved Supervisor’s), as he completes his hours toward advanced licensure.
