Megan Lynch
Megan Lynch is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug counselor. Megan earned her master’s degree in integrated mental health and addiction studies at Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School and is pursuing a PhD in counseling education and supervision through Capella University. Her therapeutic approaches include motivational interviewing, strength-based, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Megan is also certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, an evidence-based therapy effective in the treatment of trauma and other mental health concerns. Megan has experience working with adolescents and adults in outpatient settings. Her areas of interest include but are not limited to depression, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma, and self-esteem/worth.
In her free time, Megan is an avid sports fan loving the Green Bay Packers in Vikings territory and the Chicago Cubs in Twins land. She also enjoys time with her five nieces and nephew as well as her two cats named Teddy and Pearl.
