Kaitlyn Parker
Kaitlyn is working toward her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Clinical Counseling at Capella University. Before this, she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Metropolitan State University. Kaitlyn's therapeutic approach integrates principles from various theories including Humanistic, Client-Centered, Adlerian, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, with a focus on fostering healing and personal growth. Kaitlyn believes in meeting individuals at their current stage in life with compassion and empathy, aiming to help them achieve their therapeutic goals effectively. As a therapist, she recognizes and respects the uniqueness of each journey, advocating for its exploration in a secure and non-judgmental setting.
In her free time she can be found somewhere between the hockey arena, softball fields, and football fields cheering on her kids. Kaitlyn enjoys exploring state parks, being outside, and taking a good long nap.
Kaitlyn is working under the direct supervision of Christine Duckert, LPCC and Board Approved Supervisor, as she completes her hours toward graduation.
